Kids/Teen Classes

Exciting & inclusive classes that focuses on strength, flexibility & technique, while learning some awesome tricks on the vertical pole!
Youth Acro Programs
Our youth programs are designed to build strength, flexibility and confidence through structured acrobatic and aerial training in a safe, inclusive environment.

From playful early movement in Acro-Circus to skill-based progression in Acro-Pole, students develop coordination, grip strength, flexibility and body awareness while learning exciting tricks on the vertical apparatus.

Classes balance learning and play, combining foundational technique with creative exploration. Students begin with supported holds and climbs to build pole awareness and control, while floor-based acro elements develop flexibility and strength.

While elements of the studio syllabus are introduced progressively, the primary focus at this stage is joy in movement, safe skill development and confidence building.

As students grow in ability and commitment, clear pathways are available for more disciplined training and advanced aerial progression.
Acro Circus
Tinies & Minis (2–6 years)
Movement begins here.

Acro-Circus introduces our youngest students to balance, coordination and strength through imaginative play and age-appropriate acrobatic foundations.

Classes focus on:
• Basic circus holds and supported climbs
• Balance and spatial awareness
• Introductory flexibility
• Grip strength and body control
• Confidence through guided exploration
Sessions are structured but playful, encouraging creativity while building foundational physical skills.

This is where joy and movement meet.
Acro Pole
Juniors/ Intermediates/ Seniors (7–16 years)
Acro-Pole is our structured youth pathway.

Students develop strength, flexibility and technical skill on the vertical pole while progressing safely through age-appropriate levels.

Classes balance learning and creativity, building:
• Grip strength and pole awareness
• Basic climbs and transitions
• Foundational floor acrobatics
• Back and leg flexibility
• Controlled strength development
Each level introduces progressively more challenging skills while maintaining strong technical foundations.
How progression works
Students begin by mastering foundational skills such as circus holds and supported climbs. As strength and confidence develop, they are introduced to structured combinations and higher-level transitions.

When students demonstrate readiness and commitment, they may progress into higher Teen Aerial streams where training becomes more disciplined and syllabus-focused.

Progression is based on ability, control and confidence rather than age alone.
